You will not be charged until your order is shipped. A temporary hold will be placed on your credit card for the full amount once you place your order. When we have verified your card details and received credit authorization, we will prepare your order for shipping and charge the full amount. Please allow up to two business days to prepare your order for shipment.
A card can decline for different reasons. Check that you are inputting the correct billing address, especially if it is different from the shipping address. If it is a general decline, please contact your bank for further information.
Creating an account with us enables you to save personal information for an easier checkout process and to view your order history and status.
If you forgot your password, choose the “My Account” option on our site then choose “Forgot my password”. This will prompt you to enter your email address and you will receive a link to reset your password.
All gift purchases are wrapped in custom designed LXL packaging with tissue and our signature satin ribbon. During checkout, you can include a card with a personalized message and a gift receipt.
Gift recipients can change their gift if required by contacting LXL Customer Care. Only an exchange for a product of an equivalent or superior value is possible (the difference in price must be paid by you or the gift recipient). The gift recipient should contact our Customer Care department, or by email under the "Contact us" section. He/she will then be emailed a pre-paid return label.
