LXL offers complimentary international delivery with Fedex within 7-10 business days after processing your order. 

Please allow 1-2 business days for our team to process your order. Once your order ships you will receive an email notifying you of the tracking number.

Items will be shipped to the address supplied at the time of purchase. For security reasons we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, as FedEx only accepts the personal signature of the recipient.

Changing your shipping address after an order is placed.

If your order has not shipped yet, please contact Customer Care to let them know the new address you would like your order shipped to. If your order has already shipped, we will make every effort possible to try to fulfill your request.

Tracking Orders

If you have an account with LXL you will be able to login and view your orders and tracking numbers. If you do not have an account, please contact customer care with your receipt number and we will locate your order and shipping details for you.

Taxes & Duties

Except where expressly indicated, products and services exclude customs and duty charges and taxes in the destination territory; these are the responsibility of the Customer.

You may return any other product ordered on the website for refund within seven (7) calendar days from the delivery date subject to our terms and conditions.

We are unable to process exchanges in our system at this time. You will need to go through the return process and purchase the item you prefer.

Returned products must be in their original condition and LXL packaging and where possible, the delivery box, together with the invoice or a copy in the case of a partial return.

LXL has sole discretion in determining whether the products purchased via the Website are in original condition when returned. No refunds will be issued until we verify this once your package has been received and inspected by Customer Care.

Cost for shipping a product for return/refund is at your own expense. Please contact Customer Care if you need assistance with obtaining a copy of your invoice.  LXL will only accept returns sent via an international courier service such as Fedex/DHL/UPS etc that has a verifiable tracking number. Please insure your package for the full retail value of the item. LXL will not be responsible or liable if any item you return that is lost, misdirected or delivered late insofar as you have to bear the risks of the shipping you have chosen.

Merchandise must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and in an unaltered condition. All original tags must be attached and a copy of your invoice must be enclosed. You have 7 days to return an item/items once you have received your order.

It is your responsibility to obtain proof that the goods have been returned, and to return the goods by a registered carrier of your choice, which gives proof of posting and delivery. The cost of returning the goods, including shipping and insurance, shall be borne by you.

When will I receive my refund?

Once our warehouse receives and processes your return, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within seven (7) business days. You will be refunded the amount you originally paid when purchasing, excluding shipping charges. We are unable to refund any applicable taxes and duties.

My order arrived damaged. What can I do?

Our warehouse inspects every item to ensure they are in top condition before shipping.  If however you do receive a damaged item, contact Customer Care immediately.
